Shipping Requirements

Please be sure that all addresses are correct and complete, including any required suite, apartment or unit numbers.  B & B Pecan is not and will not be responsible for any addressing errors. If a package is returned to us, there is a $15 dollar charge plus the cost to reship the item.

All items shipped into states that require collection of sales tax on eCommerce sales will have taxes calculated based on the destination of your items.

We do not ship C.O.D., or outside the United States.

California, Hawaii, New Mexico and Arizona State laws prohibit shipment of unshelled or cracked pecans to those states.

We ship daily, Monday through Saturday.  Upon completion of your order and product availability, shipment will occur in approximately 3 to 5 business days.

Please be advised that there are weather limitations for shipping chocolate products.  Chocolate products normally ship between the months of November and March, or when the local temperature is BELOW 70 degrees in lower Alabama.

WE DO NOT SHIP CHOCOLATE WHEN OUR LOCAL TEMPERATURE IS ABOVE 70 DEGREES.

 

RETURNS

If you are dissatisfied with your order of B & B Pecans, a credit may be issued, provided you contact B & B for return instructions within 15 days from the date of shipment.
