We are celebrating 67 years of our family business! In 1956 Sandra Bishop (Nanny) and her father, Calvin Brown, purchased a local mail order business that included one pecan cracker and a 200-name customer list. Bishop & Brown or B&B Pecan Company was born. From a modest beginning Sandra (Nanny) and Clarence Bishop (Paw Paw) along with their son, Doug, and daughter Mona Barfield, have expanded the business to include over 100 pecan items and ship to all 50 states. Although much has changed over the years one thing remains the same, our dedication to providing our customers with a phenomenal product direct from the farm. Clarence (Paw Paw) celebrated his 91st birthday this year! He still enjoys sittin' on the porch waiting to tell stories to old friends and new. Sandra (Nanny) is still involved with the daily operations, keeping us, all moving forward! Doug is over the orchard, and still works very hard to ensure our great customers the best pecans you can buy. Mona has decided after years of managing the store that it was time to retire and enjoy time with her grandkids. Doug's son Brett Bishop (Me) has now taken over the reins to ensure that we can continue to deliver quality products to our customers all over the USA.
